Priya has more than 12 years of experience in strategic and business consulting. She has worked with leading brands such as McKinsey and EY, and has supported large global banks and private equity firms during her tenure. She has travelled to client sites in Europe and the US to oversee project implementation.
During her tenure with EY, Priya led the deal origination team that provided support to global private equity houses (such as KKR, Advent and Carlyle). She led a marquee initiative to launch a digital platform for private equity firms that helps in proactive identification of buy/sell opportunities in the market. She also produced numerous go-to market industry reports on diverse sectors such as ‘Direct-to-Consumer Selling’, ‘Digital Health’, ‘Health Snack Food’, ‘Home Care/ Aged Care’, ‘Skin cancer and radiology clinics’, ‘Re-shoring and Manufacturing of medical devices’ etc.
Priya has also supported various benchmarking and business transformation projects for European and US banks. She helped a Global SIFI in the US to revamp their credit rating framework by launching a centralised digital rating platform. She supported the New Zealand Stock Exchange and The Financial Markets Authority of New Zealand to run an industry-led review of capital markets by studying best practices and approach adopted by leading exchanges around the world.
