Irene joins The Krinsky Company (TKC) as an extended member of the team bringing over 12 years of experience leading growth strategy, product and technology innovation, strategic management, operational efficiency, and program management efforts for a variety of commercial companies, public sector organizations, and startups in the healthcare space.
Irene began her career as a management consultant with KPMG Advisory services, where she led full lifecycle internal control assessments with a focus on process improvement and risk management. She continued her career in consulting with PwC Advisory Services, where she supported strategic management, business process reengineering, and risk management engagements with several public sector healthcare agencies. After PwC, Irene was a Commercial Operations and Product Marketing Manager for Immunodiagnostic Systems (IDS), an immunodiagnostic company specializing in endocrinology testing. Irene was alsoa Senior Product Manager with Rally Health, a digital health company that aims to simplify the way people interact with healthcare.
Selected project scopes from her career include:
Launched user-centric rewards/incentive digital software experiences, including geolocation-based check-in rewards, wearable fitness device incentives, and 3rd party health coaching integration products, available to >2 million members on both web and native platforms; Increased engagement by 33% within the first three months of launch. Led the development and launch of configuration tools for a rewards rules engine web service that served as the “pay/don’t pay” decision point >$1 billion in incentive transactions. (Rally Health)
Supported the launch of three immunoassay products in the US market by implementing product marketing plans and providing market intelligence, competitive assessments, strategic pricing, and product positioning guidance. (IDS)
Launched a graduated curriculum training program that effectively educated the sales team on product features and value propositions, enabling harmonization in sales strategies. (IDS)
Supported the implementation and maintenance of an Enterprise Risk Management Program with a Department of Health and Human Services operating division; Responsible for managing program workstreams totaling 40% of $1M revenue, annually. (PwC)
Outside of TKC, Irene is also a part-time “momager” for her 1.5 year old chocolate lab, Lily Bug, and is responsible for managing Lily’s rising Instagram fame. She also enjoys interior design and renovating/decorating her home in Washington, DC.
