Christine Miller Kelly

Christine Miller Kelly is a seasoned innovation and design leader with over 20 years of experience specializing in product design, customer experience, and digital transformation across healthcare, public sector, and financial services. Most recently, she served as a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Washington, DC, where she led cross-functional teams in designing and building services, experiences, and digital solutions for both private and public sector clients.

Christine started her career at IDEO in San Francisco and has taught interaction design at California College of the Arts in San Francisco and industrial design courses at San Jose State University, sharing her expertise with the next generation of designers. Her work has earned multiple design awards and has been featured in prominent publications including The New York Times, Innovation Magazine, and Businessweek.

She is recognized globally for running innovation workshops and sprints for corporate executives, nonprofits, and government organizations, and has been a featured speaker at conferences around the world. Christine has partnered with leading technology and healthcare companies-including Google, Bayer, Becton Dickinson, Merck, and Genentech-to drive innovation initiatives that incorporate emerging technologies such as generative AI and robotics.

Christine graduated from California College of the Arts in San Francisco with honors and a degree in Industrial Design. Prior to that she earned a BFA from Washington University in St. Louis majoring in Fine Art and Psychology.
